The company behind the popular fitness tracking app Moves
announced that it got officially acquired by Facebook. Financial details
of the transaction have not been revealed.
Like Instagram and Whatsapp, Moves will continue to operate independently. The developers of the application will not share data with Facebook for the time being.
Moves is available for both Android and iOS. Launched in January 2013, the activity tracking app has raked in more than 4 million downloads to date.
